The stay had some ups and downs. I loved the friendliness of the staff. they were always quick to help and accommodating. The breakfast area was clean with plenty of options, including scrambled eggs and pancakes, which I enjoyed each morning. The pool looked inviting, but I didn’t get a chance to use it. I found the room comfortable, but there were several issues that stood out. The shower head had visible buildup, and the hot tub was not as warm as I expected. Our king suite lacked necessary items for the sofa bed, like pillows and sheets. Overall, the noise levels from other guests were bothersome at times, especially during the night. The room could definitely use some upgrades and TLC for a better overall experience.

Why didn't I try this sooner?
